Adds an Argonian companion in the Merchant\'s Inn in the market district of the Imperial City

After trying out the CM partners mod I decided long ago to make my own little companion, after scouring the lands I found that there were little to none Argonian companions in contrast to the other races used.
Thus I made Shimmer-Like-Water, a blue scaled Argonian knight clad in shimmering silver armor to the Merchant's Inn of the Imperial City's market district.
You can find him standing by the main entrance, he's not too hard to miss.

I may go back and update this mod sometime in the future, I'd like to add a bit more to the character; so until then, enjoy!
