This plugin is designed to work with "Wrye Leveling" mod:
http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23322
but it could be used as a standalone mod as well.

This mod deactivates most of Oblivion Free Skill Boosts as listed in this page:
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Free_Skill_Boosts

Only exceptions are "Oghma Infinium" and "Daedric Skeleton Key" because they
are daedric artifacts and there exists already others mods that tweak their abilities.

This mod do not edit any Oblivion spell. Only script lines that lead to these free
skill boosts were commented. I also added an optional separate plugin that stripe all
Oblivion books from their trainings skills. I know there exists others mods that deal
with Skills books (e.g. Save Skill Books For Later ... etc).

Install
=======
Copy included ESPs to your Oblivion/Data directory
and load after any mod that edit Skills books or free skill boosts scripts.
Ideally must be loaded after "Wrye Leveling.esp" if using this leveling mod.

Note. "Wrye Leveling No Skill Books.esp" can be merged in bashed patch if using Wrye bash.


Incompatibility

Any mod that edit Skill books and the scripts that lead to these free skills boosts.
