This mod modifies fPerkSneakMelee values to basically instakill any thing you do a melee sneak attack on. So you can basically kill anyone who is sleeping with up to a vicious 60x sneak attack.
Novice-40x all the way to Master-60x increasing by 5x increments. Not really necessary but hey.
