This mod adds a lesser power to your spellbook which allows you to summon a merchant to your current location. The merchant will buy any item from you, even stolen items. The merchant also offers repair and recharge services as well as training in the mercantile skill up to master level.

Things you should know about the merchant:

Merchant starts with NO INVENTORY, so you can only buy from him what you have sold to him.
Merchant does not attack but will defend himself and is quite deadly, however he does not resurrect. Kill or get him killed at your own risk.
Merchant is a Master of Mercantile and Speechcraft. Yes he is very convienient to summon, but he does not give you good deals. Expect to only get ~30% of the value of items if you have low Mercantile or Speechcraft skills.
Merchant has a 2500 coin bartering limit, if you have an item worth more then that, take it to someone else.

Installation:

Just copy the file into your oblivion\data folder and enable it.

Known Issues:

Occasionally when you summon him he wont initially offer to buy your goods, just exit the conversation and talk to him again.

After selling roughly 1000+ items to him, I started noticing a slight lag in his inventory windows. Not sure how to correct this.

He has no dialog, I did this on purpose becuase frankly I hate the canned responses. It doesn't effect his functionality in any way, but it may be a little immersion breaking for some.

Conflicts:

No known conflicts. (I took great care in creating a completely unique entity and code)
