If you've answered yes to any of these questions, this quick little modification is for you. It completely removes the Quest Message Popup window.
*Edit* There may be some concern as to what exactly this modification does - all it does is remove the popup that occurs when you come to the next "leg" of a quest. Your quest log will continue to update as normal. I have made no modification to Quest Markers - they still appear and update as usual. If you're interested in making your Oblivion feel less "console", give this try. :)
