A spell that will have enemies run with their tails between their legs.
Handy in a tight spot when you're overwhelmed, and you need them
to back-off so you can heal.
It scares the hell out of most men, and can make some women angry.
It effects some NPC more then others.
Undead are not effected by it.
It is not a God spell; no one dies when infected, because it's suppose to be
"true to real life".
Sorry, if this might offend anyone, but one must laugh at Nature's cruel jokes.

Download file in a temperary folder.
Extract PMS.esp to Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion/Data
Activate and play
un-installation
-----------------
Delete PMS.esp
