About this mod

Adds a purchasable and upgradable house to the town of Highcross, in the Mania region of the Shivering Isles.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This mod adds a middle class house for purchase in Highcross, a town in the Mania region of the Shivering Isles. Furniture can be purchased from Common Treasures, a general goods store in the Bliss District of New Sheoth.
The cost of the home is 10,000 gold. The upgrades add up to a base price of 6,400 gold.
You'll find an NPC named THOR-AXE THE IMPALER in Highcross, he will sell you the home. All of his lines are stored in the .bsa file.

New in Version 1.3.2 (12.11.2017):
-Optimized the scripting, there's no more need for global scripts. The new scripts should be compatible with a character using version 1.3.1.
-Reduced THOR-AXE's responsibility to 0, and plugged some holes in his dialog reverting to generic Nord voice. The .bsa has been updated to accommodate this.

Version 1.3.1 (11.02.2017):
-Fixed a logic error in the quest's script that wouldn't enable the house upgrades to be purchased if you entered the house too quickly after buying it.
-Fixed another logic error where if you gave away the upgrade receipts to the merchant immediately after buying them, the furniture in the house wouldn't be enabled and the quest would become uncompleteable.
-Made the quest journal updates a bit less lame, and improved quest targets.
-Moved the staircase leading up to the house so it lines up more with the balcony platform.

Version 1.3 (11.01.2017):
-Moved the exterior model of the house and a rock so it wouldn't clip into one of the windows, also disabled a tree so it wasn't growing out of the house.
-Got rid of potential dirty edits involving path grids.
-Polished up the decor inside the house, hopefully it feels more homey. Some things were added, some removed, some shifted around.
-Other minor polishes here and there.

Version 1.2 (09.10.2017):
-Fixed the old vendor problems from the past versions.

Incompatibilities and issues:
Incompatibilities should be minimal, please voice anything you find.
If your characters are using very old versions of the mod, hold off on updating the mod.
(upgrading 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 has a quirk regarding receipts that may complete the quest before you've bought all the upgrades. This won't affect your ability to buy the rest of the upgrades and should be a harmless bug)
(upgrading 1.3 to 1.3.1 should be fine)
You may have noticed there is a weird hump in the ground in the kitchen area, near the shelf and cabinet. This is a problem with the interior mesh itself, you'll notice it in other Shivering Isles houses that use the same interior. I'd love to fix it, but right now it's out of the scope of my abilities. Perhaps in the future.
