Description:

This mod intends to make the Imperial City better by adding flora to Green Emperor Way in the Imperial City, giving the area surrounding the palace a kind of quiet and secluded feel. It also adds window light to the Elder Council Chambers of the palace. View screenshots for specific details on what it looks like.

This mod will look best when it is used in conjunction with the Natural Vegetation mod by Max Tael, found here:
http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2536

I strongly suggest that you use this mod with Natural Vegetation, as it will create the best look.
Two files are included with the download; these files are optimized to look best with and without Natural Vegetation enabled. Neither require Natural Vegetation to run, however using the "wrong" versions will probably result in unsightly things like tree limbs sticking through pillars and such.

Installation:

To install this mod, simply extract the contents of the download folder to your Oblivion data directory, usually found under:
Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data.
If you plan on using only one of the versions (Natural Vegetation compatible or non), you should only extract the file which you plan to use.

Misc:

This mod will most likely NOT be compatible with any similar mod, being any mod that alters the landscape of the Palace District. Both mods will probably run together, but may not look the best. If this mod interacts with another mod in a way that would "break something" (very unlikely), I am not responsible. But that is very unlikely. If you find compatibility issues with other mods, let me know and I may work to fix them.

You may modify this file however you like for your own personal use. If you want to modify the file for public use, ask first.

Any future work on this mod will most likely include increasing the amount of small flora, making the landscape more detailed. I may also modify other areas of the Imperial City in the future, although any changes outside of the Palace District would be in a different file.

Feedback/Suggestions/Comments are appreciated, please feel free to leave them.
