1. INFORMATION ON THE MOD
************************************************************************
A large and pleasant player-owned home in a lovely spot in the
Great Forest. This mansion is in a green and quiet spot in the forest.
Centrally located, it provides easy access to Chorrol and the Imperial
City for those who travel frequently on business.
The house has three stories and a basement. There is plenty of
space for storage and entertaining guests. The house comes pre-furnished.
The decor is very fine with lots of silver, tapestries, and paintings by
some of Cyrodiil's finest landscape painters. There are also ten custom
books on the bookshelves.
The house includes a fine dining room, a bedroom, a parlor, a
trophy room, an alchemy station, a training room, and many storage rooms,
closets, and corridors. It is constructed of fine masonry to reduce
fire danger from candles and lanterns.
Outside the house is a stable, garden, and a well with delightful-
tasting mountain water. The climate is nice and cool but not too cold.
There are not as many mosquitoes and other flying pests as you might expect.
The cool breeze and sound of wind rustling through the leaves is something
better experienced than described.
The house and grounds are properly path-gridded for companion-
friendliness. All of the containers have been set so that they do not
respawn and are safe for storing your precious possessions.
The house and grounds are fully compatible with Unique Landscapes -
Lush Woodlands.
Though he hates to part with such a fine house, the owner is selling
it because his business affairs require him in another providence immediately,
and he suddenly needs some gold. If you don't quickly decide to buy this house
for a bargain price, someone else will.
The house is located east of Chorrol, north-east of Fort Ash,
north-east of Yellow-Tick cave, and south-west of Fort Cold Corn.

2. Installation
************************************************************************
To Install this mod, extract (decompress) the .esp file to your
oblivion directory, the default is:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\
Mark the box next to the "Lindenshadow Grange" plugin.
Alternately, extract someplace else. Then move the esp. to
Oblivion\Data\, and and Sound folder there also. Merge the new folder with the
old. Often you can simply drop the "Data" file into the "Oblivion" folder Make
sure the files go into the proper directories they were in when you downloaded
the mod.

4. Conflicts, Known Issues, and Troubleshooting
************************************************************************
This mod will likely conflict with other mods that modify the same
wilderness cells in the Great Forest. It has been set up to be compatible
with UL - Lush Woodlands.
More effort has gone into the scripting of this mod than the interior
and exterior decorating.
The forest, especially if modded by UL - Lush Woodlands can cause lag
because of the high poly count and all the animated foliage. If your computer
is not real fast, you may need to reduce your grass viewing distance or even
turn grass off.
For interior cells I have worked to make sure there are not excessive
numbers of animations or intersecting light radii in order to provide excellent
framerates.
This is not exactly an ordinary house mod. It might not be what you
expected to get when you downloaded. If fact, some people might consider this
to be a joke mod.
There are a few known issues with the vanilla mesh used for this house.
The irregularities are not highly noticeable, and are present in every instance in
which this house model is used in the vanilla game.
Due to time constraints, this mod was put together at speed while retaining
the commitment to quality control.
IF ANYONE DETECTS A MAJOR BUG WHICH MAKES THE MOD UNPLAYABLE, PLEASE
SEND DAVID BRASHER A PERSONAL MESSAGE ON TES NEXUS RIGHT AWAY. I WILL
HOPEFULLY BE ABLE TO FIX IT AND RELEASE AN IMPROVED VERSION OF THIS MOD.
