About this mod
This mod stops the player from being able to swim if they are using more than 70% of their maximum encumbrance. Over that they will be unable to swim and have to drop items in order to be able to move again. Oh, and you\'ll sink to the bottom of the body of water you\'re in too, so be careful! Now there\'s another advantage to light armour

Now there's another advantage to light armour over heavy :)
The 70% threshold is easy to change with the CS if you'd prefer a more lenient (or stricter) setting.
