0.9 is current.
1.0 will be finished texture wise

It can be found at A fighting chance, being sold for a moderate sum.
*************************Installation*********************
Unzip the archive to your oblivion\data folder.
If done manually the pathnames should look like:
"oblivion\data\meshes\weapons\scimitar\scimitar.nif"
"oblivion\data\textures\weapons\.............. .dds " X4
-ScabbardsOutUV.dds
-ScabbardsOutUV_n.dds
-ScimitaroutUV.dds
-ScimitaroutUV_n.dds
"oblivion\data\scimitar.esp"

This mod is guaranted 100% compatible with other weapon addons.
No bugs other than crappy textures.
