What does it do?

It places a larger amount of money for some merchants to barter with. Note, the main factor is still your mercantile skill, thus if u get a shit price well it must be your mercantile.
Installation
----------------
1. Extract into Oblivion\Data
2. Open Oblivion then click 'Data Files' and then double click 'Merchant Barter.esp'
Who are they?

Well ive basically added gold in accordance with their level, ie
lvl 10= stay the same as they were
> lvl10 = 1200gold
> lvl 20 = 10000 or more
Seem unfar well my reasoning is simple it was the easiest way to order them.
Specific People >lvl 20

He deals in everything so for those not in thieves guild hes for you.
