About this mod

A quest of moderate length, involving a new player house, Ayleid Ruin and a scripted enchantment that can be used as an enchantment or a spell.

Description:
Nb. The mod has been designed with the intention of the player stumbling upon it during their travels in Cyrodiil. To this end, the location of the start of the mod is not made clear in gameplay until the palyer actually finds it. If you would rather head straight there, look at the first line of walkthrough.txt.

This mod adds a new house for the player, a new Ayleid Ruin area, both involved in a quest of moderate length which sends the player around Cyrodiil in search of a custom made weapon enchantment/spell that can be used on completion of the quest. The enemies populating the new dungeon are between level 15 and 30, and the new enchantment is powerful enough to reflect the reasonably high level requirement. The quest has been designed to make the player think, and to that end there are a couple of riddles to follow in the early stages of the quest, leading to further clues. If you need help with these, or with where to find the house, take a look in the walkthrough.txt which details the path through the mod as well as the possible rewards. All characters in the mod are fully voice acted, although a head-set mic doesn't lend itself to perfect quality so don't hold your breath.

Installation:
Copy the contents of the .7z file into your Oblivion/Data folder, as usual.

Uninstallation:
Delete the TrailOfPotatoes.esp, as well as the relevant folder in Oblivion/Data/Sound/voice.

Known Issues:
The only issue I've managed to find is a slight issue with Unique Landscapes - Cloud Top Mountains. Whilst it won't affect gameplay at all, there will be a few holes in the ground where UL has altered the heightmap from vanilla Oblivion.
