This mod adds a house boat, based on the Bloated Float, to the northern part of the Niben Bay. It includes two decks, lots of storage containers, a bedroom, an alchemy lab, and a practice/training room. It is basically a player home, except it\'s a boat. There is also a rowboat that will take you from Bravil to the houseboat and back.
