About this mod

This mod allows you to have your active mount (the last you rode) react to various commands, for instance to reach you, follow you or to set and go home. It also features 3D sounds to locate it. You\'ll get lesser powers to control your mount\'s behaviour. Requires OBSE.

This mod allows you to have your active mount (the last you rode) react to various commands, for instance to reach you, follow you or to set and go home. It also features 3D sounds to locate it. You'll get lesser powers to control your mount's behaviour. Requires OBSE.

FEATURES:
- Works with ANY ridable creature
- Works outdoors and inside cities (Open cities and Better cities compatible)
- Compatible with ANY armor, saddlebags, etc. mod
- Compatible with Slofs Oblivion Horses or any mod that modifies mounts
- Simple to use, no annoying menus to configure anything or to issue commands
- Learn/unlearn only the commands you need to avoid cluttering your spellbook
- Immersive mount behavior, locate your mount with hearing and not with a map via the "Call" command
- Immersive sound system, your character will actually shout and whistle (optional download)

USAGE:
- Buy the "Mount Training" volumes you're interested in from various bookstores (Imperial City - First Edition, Leyawiin - Southern Books, Chorrol - Renoit's Books, Cheydinhal - Mach-Na's Books)
- Read the books to learn the lesser powers you want (re-read to forget them). The books also serve as a small in-game readme (I reccomend you to read them!)

- Shouting will make your mount reach you and then follow you
- Whistling will make your mount reach you and stop. Whistling once your mount reaches you will do the same
- Using either while your mount is reaching you will cancel any actions and make it stay
- Calling will make your mount answer your call, and you'll be able to judge how far it is (by judging timing and loudness of the answer) and the direction you have to travel to reach it
- Patting will make your mount remember the current location as home or forget it
- Pointing will make your mount head home

For some commands to work you'll have to be in your mount's sight or hearing range, I'll let you discover what commands (the books will help you)! :)

Also, if you want to use your own sounds, if you want your custom race to use custom sounds or if you want to customize your mount sounds refer to readmeSoundPack.txt (contained in Sound Pack and in Data\Sound\fx\callmount in your Oblivion directory)

INSTALLATION:

OBMM VERSION
- If you chose the OBMM version just open the mod file. It includes player voices and horse sounds.

7z VERSION
- Unpack the archive in your Oblivion directory
- The 7z version does not include player voices and horse sounds. If you want you can download the optional Sound Pack and unpack it in Oblivion's directory. Have a look at the readme of the Sound Pack for customization options or to add custom race and mount sounds

KNOWN ISSUES:
- Avoid calling your mount while on the Oblivion plane, else you may risk losing it when you close the gate.
