dead mod, my computer has decided to crap out on me and it just completely fried everything, sooo that being said. If you wish to finish this mod yourself give me credit for most of it, and if i get my computer up and running i will be doing something bigger, way. bigger

This is a port area south of Anvil, You can port 3,4 ships here and chill out i guess lol, then all the buildings are not cluttered. I will finish that once i know what the people think

Requirements are

- latest patch

- remove the borders!! Go to your documents/ My Games/ Oblivion/ Oblivion.ini then change "bBorderRegionsEnabled=1" to "bBorderRegionsEnabled=0" easy. The save and exit that. An easy way to find that text is Ctrl+f then copy and paste.
