Me first Oblivion Mod
The Champagne Sailor is (hopefully!) the first house boat. This boat
is furnished with the most luxurious furniture (as far as I can see)
in the Construction Set.
The Rooms include a Study type room, a mini library (one full bookshelf,
the rest unfurnished so you can fill them yourself), a small room full
of display cases, a dining room, a small bedroom, a large bedroom and a
cargo hold.
