REQUIRES: Castle Seaview mod

This is a patch for my favorite castle mod, the impeccible, Castle Seaview by Mr. Silka, Centurion and Rung. For the longest time, I had wanted to add some ideas to it, so I contacted Mr. Silka to see if he knew how to make additions to it, but he said he didn't know how to do make patches. I perservered, however, and finally found the TES4 Plug-In utility. With this tool, I was able to realize what I had in my head.
Castle Seaview is already an outstanding mod that you really never get tired of. Every one of the PC's I've made have called it home. The only thing I really wanted from it were visitors. Seeing that I am Lord or Lady of this shining abode, I thought that I should have people calling on me. Then I thought that there should also be others trying to take it from me, being jealous of my acquisition. I also thought that such a grand castle sitting high on a hill would attract all sorts of attention. So, with all this in mind, I set out to make these things happen.

CS:F&F places different levelled lists around and in Castle Seaview to simulate random visitations. The type of visitor you get depends upon the area that the LL is placed. You could come home to your castle and find it under siege by a group of marauders, goblins or a dremora war party, but at the same time, there could be an off-duty Anvil Guard or a Mage's Guild apprentice visiting one of his friends employeed by you, so you have some extra help in fighting them off. You then come into your Knighthall and there is someone waiting for you there. It could be a traveling merchant, a bard or your tax-collector, who has been collecting taxes and waits to give them to you. When you retire to one of your bedrooms, you may find that someone is there that should not be...

There is also a dancer in the Knighthall for your pleasure. Since she was faulty in the first version, I gave her a new, revealing dress so she may really dance for your pleasure courtesy of Apachii's Goddesss Store. You don't need that mod for this to work, but if you don't have it, get it. It's one of the best clothing/armor mods ever.

There are also some unique (but not new) potions, spells and weapons sold by visitors to your Knighthall.

Each Levelled List has a number of possibilities, and you shouldn't have to face the same thing again and again, unless you're a very low level, in which case, some deer or a beggar may be curious as to whether your guards have some food.

New for Version 1.3
NEW SPELL
There is a book on the altar in the chapel. It was written by followers of the foreign domestic goddess ;0 Marthas Tewart. It's called House Cleaning for Dunderheads and, when picked up, it will bestow the spell, Clean House, upon the PC. When cast, this spell will take away anything that you do not want in your castle. This includes the corpses that are piling up, but it can also include furniture that you don't like, even people. BE VERY CAREFUL with this mod because if you cast it on something or someone you want or need, then it will be gone for good and you will be in a bad situation. Especially don't cast it on doors unless you like playing the Eternal Prisoner.
I made this spell with the intentions of removing only corpses from my castle, but then I remembered how I wanted to decorate the castle with the Imperial Furniture Store mod and thought that this would also be a good way to remove some of the furniture in Castle Seaview so I may place some fresh items in it. So, I made the spell potent for any object or creature in the game.
Use it to clean up. Use it to redecorate. Just be careful not to get rid of something you might need later.

I also fixed the AI for some NPC's.

Version 1.1

Fixed Dancer. She will now dance when you activate her and as an idle animation. For the inconvenience of her laziness in the last version, I also put her in a new dress, courtesy of Apachii's Goddess Store. Just for you.

To play this patch, just unzip it and place it in your Oblivion folder. It should ask if you want to overwrite Castle_Seaview, so just press YES. You shouldn't lose anything that you have stored in Castle Seaview, but if you are not sure you want to risk it, follow the following steps:

Go to your Oblivion/Data folder and find the Castle_Seaview.esp file. Rename it to Castle_Seaview_Original and then place the Castle_Seaview.esp patch from this mod in this folder. (It won't ask you for overwrite). Test it out by playing Oblivion and going to Castle Seaview. If you want to revert to the original Castle_Seaview, then delete the patch, and change Castle_Seaview_Original back to Castle_Seaview.

All credit for Castle Seaview goes to Mr. Silka, Centurion, Rung and everyone involved in the original mod. All I am adding is some Levelled Lists to bring in some friends and foes and made a few new NPC's.
The dancer's dress came from Apachii's Goddess Store, one of the best mods out there. Although there are dozens of read-me's detailing the clothing it sells and who made it, I couldn't find anything about this dress, Egyptian Dancer. I have sent a message to Apachii for information so that I can give proper credit to this dress' creator.
Credit for getting the dancer to dance goes to Tarnsman, creator of the Erotic Dance mod.
I hope this makes the excellent Castle Seaview experience even better for you.
