Have you ever noticed the waterfont of the mightiest city in cyrodill seems a little bit, less than mighty?
Well ICWR fixes this! By adding more buildings and features to the distric it now really does feel like part of
a city, with this mod brings docks, upper class housing, slums, a lighthouse and even ahousing area built on water.
trust me when i say it brings a touch of interest to an otherwise boring district.
if your wondering, yes, this is my first mod so it may not be perfect but it does offer a major improvement.
Requirements: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONEE! everything is vanilla and you wont need a thing.
Installation: SIMPLE! copy or cut both .esp files to the data folder in your oblivion directory then when starting up
Oblivion just check them in the data files option.
Why do I need 2 .esp files? well long story short, as this is my first time modding, i made mistakes and this is the easiest way to fix them
Can i edit some of the features? SURE! as long as it is for personal use, if you want to re-upload please ask me first! (im bound to say yes)
is this really your first mod? technically no, but the first was a total disaster

Yes I know the houses and buildings are not accessible my main focus was on the design as I said before if you want to edit my mod, thats up to you, i will eventually release an update making all the building accessible and i will also add more buildings so have fun !
