Well I have been playing oblivion for a while now and if it wasn't obvious for the rest of you, the mysticism tree in the game is VERY lacking. Well it happens to be my favorite spell tree, and in my opinion has the most potential out of them all, I figured I should do something about it, so I begin my journey into making mysticism a more fun and characterful tree to use and not just for the occasional soul trap and life detect.

This spellpack adds 8 new spells into the game for Mysticism via activators and should not conflict with any of your current mods. They are all very similar because I felt that if I was going to add in a single spell I might as well add in a whole line with it (novice - master) to make it so it gets full use throughout the game and seems more coherent with the rest of the spells. The following is just the first for my plans for mysticism so stay tuned for future versions.

This mod adds the following spells:

the Telepathy series
--------------------------------------------
Squeeze (Novice): Causes 5 Health Damage to target and has a 15% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds.

Twist (Apprentice): Causes 15 Health Damage to target and has a 25% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds.

Wrench (Journeyman): Causes 25 Health Damage to target and has a 35% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds.

Grind (Expert): Causes 50 Health Damage to target and has a 45% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds.

Pulverize (Master): Causes 70 Health Damage to target and has a 55% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds.


The Area Telepathy Line

Compress (Journeyman): Causes 20 Health Damage to target and has a 30% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds. This spell effects all within 10ft of the target hit.

Granulate (Expert): Causes 30 Health Damage to target and has a 40% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds. This spell effects all those within 15ft of impact.

Triturate (Master): Causes 70 Health Damage to target and has a 50% chance of knocking the target down for 5 seconds. This spell will effect all targets within 20ft of impacted target.

The spells can be found on various mysticism and spell merchants.

Squeeze and Twist are sold by Alves in the Leyawiin Mage guild on the bottom floor, she's a dark elf.

Wrench, Grind, and Compress are all sold by Agata in the same mage guild in Leyawiin. She is also on the bottom floor.

Granulate is sold by Gaspar in the Praxographical Center in the Arcane University.

And finally Borissean who usually hangs out near Gaspar sells the master spells of the series, Pulverize and Triturate.

All of the spells but Granulate, Pulverize and Triturate can be obtained without Arcane University access, but if you want the high end spells of my series, you will have to get those reccomendations! (That or just add the spell via code ;) )


The knockdown effect from the spells is great fun, you will see what I am talking about when you have your first enemy charge you and the percentage check passes. ;)
