1. MOD TYPE:
Fix - It depends on how you look at it and how
you envision your came and the logic behind having loads
of "real world" items in the game that are worth 0 gold.

2. DESCRIPTION:
This Mod simply gives all of those items a price. This is not a cheat nor is
it unbalancing. Items like an Inkwell, Broom, Pewter Goblet, etc. should have
been prices, be it a low price.
When I am .. relieving a home owner of his worldly possessions .. I like the
duck and sweep method. I don't like picking and choosing because half of the
useful items in the home are worth 0 gold. Now, all of those items are worth 1
gold or more.
Also, I slightly increased the worth of gems. I really felt that the worth on
these was way too low, especially given the relative rarity of them in the world.

3. INSTALLATION:
Place the .esp file into your Oblivion\data directory (You know you're in the
right place if there is also a file called "Oblivion.esm" there. Copy the .esp
file that was included in this archive to that location.
Then, when you start Oblivion, click on the "Data Files" option. Place a check
mark next to the name of this Mod. Say Okie Dokie and start your game. BLAM,
your game is now feature-rich and better than ever.

4. UNINSTALLATION:
Remove/Delete the .esp file that came with this archive. Yes - It is that
simple. :)
