Ok, so I have been playing around with the CS for a while now, and I've made a few mods. However, this is the first one that has been made specifically for uploading. As a result, it is quite simple, but still quite good, if I may say so ;)

Oh, and by the way: To get the teleport spell, you must find an hourglass somewhere in the Imperial City. Exact location is specified in the 'walkthrough'.

NOTE - This mod may be quite heavy on your system, due to experimental lighting.



EDIT - I don't think this needs SI, but I'm not sure. I tried avoiding using SI items, but some may have slipped. Let me know if you find something that seems buggy.




Features:
- An outdoors island, in its own worldspace
- A bench by the sea, offering a beautiful view
- An interior cell, being the home itself
- Fully pathed, both in- and outdoors, in case you have followers
- Fully furnished indoor cell, with some labeled containers (you may think of this as weird labeling, but it is how I sort my stuff)
- A trash can (respawning every few seconds) for getting rid of stuff
- A teleport spell, enabling you to travel to the Serene Haven from anywhere
- Some experimental lighting features (using the Negative option - graphical results may vary!)
