About This
==========
I like the general look of Dark Elves in Oblivion, but felt that they needed a bit of touching up. I went through and reshaped all the NPCs' faces and smoothened out skintones. You'll see they look pretty similar to their vanilla versions. I also added tattoos and scars to many of the NPCs. I decided that bandits and fighter types would all have tattoos and scars, while the citizens living in the cities would have fewer. I figured assimilation would play a role or something stupid. I got tired of taking screenshots, and didn't get any of the bandits, which have the biggest change. Maybe I will some time later.

The tattoos come from three mods
Django's Unique Features
Morrowind-style Dunmer Hand Tattoo
Tribal Tattoos Resource

The authors have been kind enough to let me package the textures with the .rar file, making this easy to install. All you need to do is copy all the files over. If you're curious about the ears, I use Dunmer Ears - Morrowind Style, and I use Ozmo's High Rez Skin Textures. If you're seeing really strange discoloration between bodies and faces, try installing NPC Face Color Unlocker. If you dislike the tattoos, you can simply not install those, and it will still work. To uninstall, remove the tattoos in Data\Textures\Characters\DarkElf\.

This is compatible with my Better Looking Redguards, Better Looking Wood Elves and Better Looking Dremora.

I don't know what you could do with this, but anyone is free to do what they want.
