This is for the people like me who, wants to use buffs that last longer then a few secs. I never understood why just about every buff in the game never lasted worth of crap. These are simple buffs that you would get in any RPG if you played a caster. Most buffs last about 30mins. I've Also included some practice spells so you can level them hard to level spells. Oh and I've added the Necromancer's Amulet & the Bloodworm Helm. You must complete the mages guild quest line to get it. It's in the arch mages Bedroom in a J-Box. The buff NPC is in Chorrol mage Guild.
