1. INFORMATION ON THE MOD
****************************************
This is a modders resource that is playable and includes a rather unique blacksmith shop / museum.

The thing of interest to modders is the static vanilla weapons of practically all common types. These can be useful if you
want to use weapons in your scenery but don't want gamers to steal them, or for actors or cell-load havok to knock them out
of position. Like if you wanted an unmovable weapon stuck into a body, magically floating mid-air, hanging on a wall, or stuck
into a table.

But modders resources can be boring, so I made a playable mod. Here are the special features of the shop which is
located by Fort Nikel west of the Imperial City:

(1) A museum with practically every common weapon arranged for you to look at.

(2) A blacksmith that has quite a bit of silent dialog.

(3) Daedric and Glass Weapons are for sale even when you are low level, but you will have to pay four times the market rate
for them, and this should preserve game balance.

(4) Common low level weapons and a few mid-level weapons are also available for sale even when you are low level, and the
blacksmith offers equipment repair.

(5) Tools are for sale. The kind you usually see laying around as no-value clutter.

(6) Torches are for sale. I think this might be the only store in Tamriel that sells torches.

(7) This store caters to hunters and enchanters. You could make a decent living as a hunter who harvests furs or as an
enchanter who charges soul gems from creatures you hunt down. Furs and certain soul gems can be sold to the blacksmith at
above the going rate. Furs go for four times the normal rate. You buy particular custom soul gems to be charged from a new
retextured creature in this mod, the Red Bear. You buy the soul gem for 50 gold and sell it for 550 gold when charged. The
respawning bears live in the woods to the west of the blacksmith shop.

2. Installation
****************************************
Extract (decompress) the .esp file, meshes, textures, and sounds to your Oblivion directory, the default is:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\

Alternately, extract someplace else. Then move the .esp, Meshes, Textures, and Sound folders to Oblivion\Data\. This
will merge the .nif, .dds, MP3, and .lip data files (Meshes, Texture, Sound, and lip movement files) from the mod with the data
files on your computer. Often you can simply drop the "Data" folder into the "Oblivion" folder. Make sure the files go into the
proper directories they were in when you downloaded the mod.

In your mod manager, mark the box next to the "Static Weapon Modders Resource" plug-in.

4. Conflicts, Known Issues, and Troubleshooting

Mod needs more play-testing.

Soul trapping is different in Oblivion than in Morrowind, so the faux Morrowind soul-trapping in this mod is not exactly right
and glitches can occur. You could end up filling two soul gems with one red bear soul if one of them is a standard grand soul gem.
The custom soul gems will lose their charges if not filled with red bear souls. There are likely some rarer glitches and timing errors.

IF ANYONE DETECTS A MAJOR BUG WHICH MAKES THE MOD UNPLAYABLE, PLEASE SEND ME A
PERSONAL MESSAGE ON TES NEXUS RIGHT AWAY. I WILL HOPEFULLY BE ABLE TO FIX IT AND RELEASE
AN IMPROVED VERSION OF THIS MOD.
