A Setellment has been found in the Black Wood forest. The first two houses are the curticy of LEECARTER credit goes to him for these two houses. The map marker is there so all you need to do is fast travial to the setellment. It is in the far east.
I have completed the Tree-House Settelment, It now contains one quest and a few new wepons.
