Please NOTE: This works with the save game, so you DO NOT need to make
a new game for this work. All this mod does is configure the spawn points
and rates, not the NPCs.

About:

This is a really simple mod that takes on the spirit of Adrenaline Oblivion
and Action Oblivion. Instead of adding huge stacks of monsters in one location,
thus creating the challenge for the player, I have simply increased the changes of
things getting spawned. The original design was that that when you travel in
any cell, there was a chance for mob, and if its a powerful mob that got chosen, there
was a less chance for the mob to spawn (thus meaning no spawn). Also, it seems
Bethesda software are furries, because there was way too many deer spawns, including
level 17!

What this mod does is increase the number of CERTAIN mobs (imps travel in pairs, wolves
are always in a pack, etc) and increases the chances of mobs getting spawned. I've also
replaced numerous rat and deer spawn with either imps, boars, wolves, or bandits. So don't
be surprised if you see two bandits outside the roads or four wolves being together.

Because this mod only modifies spawn points and not the loot or NPCs themselves, there
is no need to restart the game. All you need to do is make sure this loads BEFORE
Oblivion Overhaul, otherwise it will not work.

Installation:

Installation : Just install the .ESP into the data directory in your Oblivion installation
directory, and simply check it in the data files. If you want to make sure this
mod loads before overhaul, get Oblivion Mod Manager.

Uninstallation: Simply delete the .ESP
