Did you want control of the weather for the Shivering Isles. Well now you can. You can set it to be clear, cloudy, foggy, overcast, rain, thunderstorm and you can reset to default. Some weather effects may happen in areas were it will not normally will not like it may be clear in Dementia or Rain in Mania but can be fixed setting the right weather for the right region. The controls will be added as a piece of clothing to you once you load your saved game or start a new game. Just equip it and select the weather you want. Also look at my Oblivion Weather Control.
