2.0.The spell is now given to you at the end of the quest.
1.0. This is my first mod. it adds a ring to give you the spell random effects. i thought of this mod when playing shivering isles and thought it would be god to have the enchantment from ruins edge as a spell for mages or anyone who dosent use a bow.
