This simple little mod adds a new merchant to the enchanting centre in the Arcane University.

I got tired of running all over the place to get filled Grand Soul Gems and going all the way

back to the AU to do some enchanting. So I added a merchant to the enchanting centre.

Mindy sells Grand Soul Gems filled with Grand Souls, as well as a couple of jewelry items that

can be enchanted. However, she also does more, and could be concidered a cheat because of it.
For one, she sells Black Soul Gems. She also sells three items which, when worn together, will

give the player 99% Chameleon.

Mindy now also sells full sets of Elven and Orcish Armour as well as decent weapons (one each of

one and two handed blade and blunt). As of version 1.5, she also sells four unique one-handed

blades: Penumbra, an unenchanted copy of Umbra (because I like the sword but hate the

enchantment); Flaming Soul Eater, an Akavari blade with Fire damage (5 points for 5 seconds) and

Soul Trap (1 second on strike) enchantments; Lightning Soul Eater, the same only Shock damage

instead of Fire damage; and Freezing Soul Eater, the same but with Frost damage.

Mindy has recently discovered the Saviour's Cuirass. This interesting item is supposedly exactly

the same as the Saviour's Hide that Hircine rewards you with, but it looks like a standard

Blackwood Cuirass. Also, a retired thief has given her his old thief suit. The boots fortify

Acrobatics, Sneak and Agility by 40 each; the grieves fortify Speed and Athletics by 40 each; the

cuirass will boost Luck by 40 and give 200 points of Feather; the Gauntlets fortify Security by

40; the helmet will grant Night-Eye.

Beyond her standard merchant duties, Mindy also offers a long list of spells so that you can

easily make sure you can get the effect you want to use on your new enchanted item. And just for

kicks, she also trains in Illusion up to level 75.

Mindy has also recently learned how to recharge your Enchanted items.

One other thing that makes Mindy something of a cheat: her Mercantile skill is (intentionally)

very low, and she has a lot of Barter Gold.
