1. Description

Chatham is a Tavern located on the Silver Road between Bruma and the Orange Road. The decision to put a Tavern there was because there was no place for an adventurer/player to stop in that area of Cyrodiil. The Tavern offers food and drink. No lodging is available. (This is a Tavern not an Inn or Lodge). The Tavern is also closed between the hours of 2am and 6am.

Chatham Tavern is also the focal point for the quest/adventure to find the Habu Sword. The sword is said to have been crafted by Elven smiths using a Titan silver alloy. The Titan silver alloy gave the sword less weight and more damage ability than you typical one handed swords. The sword has also been enchanted with powerful capabilities. What you might ask? You will have to recover the sword to find out.

Travel to Chatham Tavern and look in it's well to recover Brian Stoker's journal. The journal will provide the valuable clue as to the location of a place called Armageddon. It is there that the Habu sword will be found.

2. Install/Uninstall

Install:
Use 7zip or Winzip to open the file.
http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

Copy Chatham.esp and the meshes and textures folders to your Oblivion/data folder.
Open up your mod manager and check Chatham.esp

Uninstall:

Remove Chatham.esp and the meshes and textures files associated with the mod.

None that I am aware of. Chatham Tavern is located in the Tamerial wilderness coordinates 9,35. Armageddon is located at coordinates 11,35. If there is a mod using those coordinates there might be a problem.
