Adds a acrobatic race to the game this race also comes with a sprint spell as well as a custom class

This Is My First Mod
This mod gives you a race as well as a class to go with it.
This race is an acrobatic race with sneak abilities as well as a spell that fortifies your speed (80), but to make to make it fare I put a drain fatigue attribute in the spell as well (only the update) (the main file has the sprint at 150 and also has a drain health)
