In this mod, I tried to make the manor more useful, as well as making it look more like a house where
an adventurer lives.

What I did:
~I added a few tables to the main building of benirus manor. These are not connected to the quest scripts
in any way, so they will always be in the manor and should have no effect on the quest.
~Added 1 wall light in the corner next to the front door. That corner was always almost pitch black, even
after the quest was completed. I fixed this with a small radius yellow light which does not detract from
the ambience.
~Increased the ambient light in the basement to a level which is actually visible, yet not overly bright.
It still seems logically dim, because after all, it's a basement. I also added a number of new localized
light sources in order to give a realistic illumination to areas where items would be displayed by the
player. If you put things on display, you're going to want them to be adequately lit!
~Removed the numerous redundant containers from the lower room of the basement. I left 1 cupboard and
1 barrel, and I added a single chest.
~In place of where the crates and barrels once were, I added a "training area". An adventurer should have
a place where they can keep themself in good practice (aesthetic only, like all other training targets)
~In the same location, I also added a couple of tables where the player can place items.
~replaced the upper room of the basement (which was previously full of barrels, wine racks, and kegs) with
a trophy room for displaying cherished items. This room contains a multitude of display cases for showing
off your items. There are many small lights in the room, to properly illuminate your displays. There are
also a few sensibly placed tables that the player can use at their discretion. I left a couple of the
original clutter items to avoid making the area seem sterile.
~Removed a few decorative/useless items from the main manor building that obstructed the tops of tables
(which could otherwise be used to place your own decorations)
