I've always wondered why everyone else in the Dark Brotherhood gets their own bed and chest. Well screw them. I made my own room right by Ocheeva, and it's bigger then the other assassins' rooms. HAH!
All containers are safe to use. Altars of Spellmaking and Enchanting are also in the room.
