This is only my second mod. This mod adds a small treasure hunt starting in the abandoned house in the waterfront.

This mod adds a few notes around the imperial city market district and waterfront district. The notes are all clues and the final clue leads to the whereabouts of a reward chest.
this mod shouldn't conflict with any other mods and i don't think you need any plugins or other mods. ( i only used things from vanilla oblivion)
Edit:
You will need access to the console.
The reward is kinda crappy.
