This is a very simple mod, just a house
Includes
1 bedroom, a display room, an alchemy/library room, An extremely well stocked cellar with lots of wine (and skooma).
A servent who sells spells, recharges, and repairs. Also a large training room with plenty of targets.

Imperial city waterfront, near the other houses.
Update- new, retextured house exterior (will do interior soon) to better blend with the waterfront, some non-respawning crates and barrels on the dock by the house,
and a rowboat docked for decoration only.
