About this mod

Updates to my second mod !! What I have done is leave the original mainly alone, and add COBL improvements, and a fix. A massive thanks goes to TomWithTheWeather for the original mod.

All in one Basement COBL noCM 1.1
I have updated my second mod, now included is the COBL object returner Alchemy table,a levelled respawn chest,Alchemy ingredients and equipment, new well, a few useful books and removed a script that had been accidently left in that caused a requirement for CM partners mod to be active. This has now been fixed- my apologies for this.
I strongly suggest if updating, to remove all of your items that you have stored in the AllinOneBasement, and replace them after the upgrade.
To upgrade, remove all of your items from the basement, add the AllinoneBasement_COBLnoCM.esp and the meshes and textures to the Oblivion Data directory.
Disable any if you have of the following, allinonebasement.esp, and allinonebasementCOBL.esp and activate this one- AllinoneBasement_COBLnoCM.
Sort your load order, I personally use BOSS.
If you use Wrye Bash and Bashed patch, rebuild the patch ensuring no missing dependencies are enabled- as normal.
Thats it please enjoy the update and leave feedback as to how everything works, it is appreciated and helps me as a modder to learn.
Thankyou and please continue reading the rest of the description for the remainder of the the important information.
UPDATED- PLATE TO LARDER FIXED

Reposted to correct failure of the comments forum (5th Feb)

This is updated, the plate now takes food from the larder next to you, and has a few food items to start with. I always felt uneasy about eating from my poisons stock in the alchemist sorter!!

What I have done is leave the original mainly alone, and add COBL improvements, this was done for myself but I thought others may like the new COBL items.

A massive thanks goes to TomWithTheWeather for the original mod.

Notes on COBL features:
Latest Oblivion patches, COBL
You need COBL installed obviously

Quote from Phaedra (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15474)

-Need COBL Glue active for The Luggage to work. The Luggage will not appear in the home until you have "found" him for the first time (check the Anvil docks.)
-Need a COBL based hunger mod active for Dinner Plate to work.
Hunger mod not required to use home.
-Need a COBL based thirst mod for Water Barrels to work. Thirst mod not required to use home.

Ingredient Jars - By Dark Jester

----------------------------------
Description:
----------------------------------

This oblivion mod adds a basement to each house you can purchase. What makes this building mod unique is the fact that it's the same basement no matter which house you buy. Buy one house or buy all of them; the basement stays the same. This gives the player one consistent area to store all his loot.

The player can't use this mod to gain access to houses he doesn't already own. Protection against this has been built into the mod.

Now included, for those who want it, is a Display Room. This room has shelves, display cases, and tables so you can show off your hard-earned loot.

A garden has been added to the Alchemy Cave, complete with all the typical plants.

An Alchemy area is also now included, which features Dark Jester's Ingredient Jars and automatic ingredient sorting. To initiate the sorting/collecting function, click on the alchemy set located within the Alchemy Chamber. The automated scripts now include a feature to retrieve ingredients with specific potion or poison effects making the process even easier.

Fast travel is now available as an option throughout the basement. If you wish to enable fast travel, rotate the switch on the left near the entrance. You will get a message that Fast Travel is enabled and every door within the basement (including the trap doors located in the
houses) will offer the option to teleport to each level or exit to one of the houses. If you decide you no longer wish to fast travel, simply rotate the switch again to disable it.

House return enforcement is now included as an option. By default now when exiting you will return to the house you enter the basement from.

If you wish to revert back to the old "house connections" version, simply rotate the switch on the right.
