Simulates automatic enchantment regeneration by creating a magical bank account that gains enchantment charges over time. These charges can then be applied to items, free of charge. Speak with one and purchase the Arcane Bank Access spell.
Casting this spell the first time will activate your account, starting the enchantment regeneration.
Your account will gain 20 charges per game hour. Cast your access spell at any time to see how many charges are available.
If you have at least 150 charges in your account (petty gem amount) you can transfer them onto an item to recharge it.
