Visit the Church in Skinkgrad and talk to the priest.
You can either be married or get yourself divorced.
Be aware that some of the animals/creatures you may
have as other companions probably not going to enter the
Paradise together with you. This have something to do with
the rAI and not any bugs.

This mod allows you to marry any companion you want. Once you'll get married you can enter the paradise with your husband/wife if he hadn't entered with you summon spell helps (if your companion doesn't have that spell he'll enter the paradise with you.) This mod also adds two very powerful rings.
If you cannot sleep in the waterbed then disable Paradise guards with the console. To do this open your console with " ~ " button click on Xivilai and type in " disable " then click enter.
When you first enter the chapel of Skingrad talk to the priest in white robes, he will tell you to talk to Dremora. Answer some questions to the Dremora and once again talk to the priest. He will give you two rings (one for you other for your companion) and that means you are married and have an access to the paradise.
