1. Description
Adds a small house in the snowy, mountainous region due N-N-W of Cheydinhal (see screenshot for location if you can't find it on your own)
2. Requirements
-Oblivion, latest official patch
3.1 Installing
a) Unzip the archive into your Oblivion\Data folder; Open an Oblivion plugin manager of your choice
b) Enable "Hawk's Perch.esp"
c) Enjoy a new house
3.2 Uninstalling
a) Move your character a safe distance away from the house (any city inn will do) and save
b) Exit Oblivion
c) Disable "Hawk's Perch.esp" in your plugin manager of choice (and delete the plugin if you really don't want it anymore)
4. Compatibility
No compatibility issues known.

None known.
