These items are all custom-made. The ideas are from BioWare's game, Dragon Age: Origins. Some items featured in this mod are not featured in DA:O but make sense.

To install, simply extract the files from the zip file into your Oblivion/Data folder. You shouldn't have to replace or merge anything.

Location: Go to the Elder Council Chambers in the Imperial Palace. Head to the second floor. There is an NPC named Alistair there. He has the Templar Shield, the other items are next to him.

OSTAGAR INFO:
The optional Ostagar file adds a modified version of the Ruins of Ostagar in Eastern Cyrodiil. You will now find all of the items there and a few new items and characters:

BLOOD DRAGON ARMOR:
Bhodan has arrived in Cyrodiil. Go to Bawnwatch camp to buy the Blood Dragon Armor.
