What this mod does
------------------
This modification doubles or quadruples the damage from all physical damage sources as well as cuts all mana costs for healing and damage spells by 50% or 75%, depending on which version of the mod you use. X2 doubles the pace of combat, while X4 quadruples it. These changes affect both players and NPCs, so be careful! Note that this modification is balanced to be played at the default difficulty level.

Gameplay
--------
Most trash monsters will go down in just a couple of hits, but you will fall almost as quickly against powerful opponents if you are not careful. You are now far more vulnerable to enemy hits, so an effective ranged attack before your enemies close, intelligent blocking, and smart use of terrain are very important for success and survival. I suggest people first try the x2 version of the modification as the pace should suffice the average player. The x4 version is for the dedicated twitch gamer who is ready for a challenge, as one mistake can put you in serious jeopardy.

Installation
------------
As always, copy these file into your Oblivion\Data folder and enable one through the Oblivion Data Files program. A new game is not required. Use either x2 or x4, but not both!

Uninstallation
--------------
There is no need to "clean" a savegame after deactivating this modification. To uninstall, first uncheck it in Oblivion's Data Files list, then delete the files.

Compatibility
-------------
This modification should be compatible with all other modifications that do not change the small list of parameters that this modification already changes. See technical for the complete list of parameters this modification alters.

Synergy
-------
Spellmakers, lament no longer that you lost your title as the top end damage kings! The modification "RAISED SPELLMAKING ENHANCEMENTS LIMITS by bloodbob" triples maximum damage, area, and duration (from 100,100,120 to 300,300,360 respectively). It can be obtained here:

I also suggest you use this mod with a creature leveled list modification such as Adrenaline Oblivion, as the original amount of monsters in the game are scarce at best. You can download Adrenaline Oblivion here:
