Fixes a pair of buildings in Anvil: house of Arvena Thelas and Anvil Fighter\'s Guild. v1.1

Fixes a pair of buildings in Anvil:
- house of Arvena Thelas (you can't walk over the crack in the backyard anymore)
- Anvil Fighter's Guild is finally fixed. No more see-throughs and the wall uses proportioned textures for the bricks all around the building
Special thanks to PacificMorrowind who helped me a lot in fixing the 3D models.
These buildings are unfixed in UOP supplemental.
V1.1, changelog:
- Anvil Fighter's Guild finally has correct meshes and transparency/refraction for the brick wall belt all around the building. 3D model optimized for better performances.
V1.1b:
- relative paths included in the ZIP file for a much easier installation.
NOTE: UOPs includes this fix as my donation.
v1.1 here has just some 3D model optimizations and includes also Arvena Thelas backyard fix...
