1.Extract The Files Into Your Oblivion Data Directory (Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data)
2.Activate The Mod By Going Onto Data Files And Double Clicking The Box Next To "House Of Dive Rock.esp".
3.Click Play Then Go To Dive Rock!
