I thought it was dumb that you get a horrible staff for your very own. This mod attempts to correct by giving you a good staff no matter what your level. I only changed the staffs in the destruction class so far. I used meshes and textures by "Armamentarium - Staffs" http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=17034.
Each off the staffs now has 120 uses and 60 damage of its element. It is better then normal staffs and has 1.5 speed instead of the original 1.0.
Again, you get this staff after entering the Arcane University.
