This mod adds lots to the waterfront most of the things from waterfront mod 1 and more this adds a basement under the shack but there is a clue trail to compleate befor you can enter is fun to do and will give a good reward if your are doing a newish or are new to the game enjoy this lovely mod will update it with new items and maybe more quests or clue trails if you guys like this one
