Description:
This mod adds a player house on top of Gnoll Mountain. It's main features are a magical chest which re-spawns rare alchemical ingredients from the planes of Oblivion and a magical door which allows the player to travel to any city and back again.
To start this mod, simply go to the Imperial City Market District office of commerce.

Types:
There are now 2 types:
Frozen Tower: This is the normal version (costs around 150,000 all in).
Frozen Tower - Cheaper Version: This is the same in every way to the normal version except that everything is cheaper (around 38,000 all in).
Please only download one type, or they will clash.

Requirements:
Oblivion patched to the latest version.

Installation:
In response to a comment (thanks for the feedback!):
All you need to run this is Oblivion patched to the latest patch. To play this mod all you need to do is extract the .rar file into your oblivion/Data directory.

Issues:
So far I am unaware of any compatibility issues, although I am told that it looks out of place when used with the Frostcrag Spire plugin (see screen shot).
