its a steel warhammer with frost damage 9000000 and fire damage 9000000 and a very slightly farther reach and physical damage.....consider it a late xmas present lol
it can be found floating in mid air in a fighting chance at the IC market district
EDIT: i forgot to mention that the enchant has near unlimited charge so dont worry about that :)
