I always disliked the aspect of Khajiits and Argonians in this game, they look too much animal-like.
I often thought they would look more 'human' but i couldn't find any mod which does this properly.
Finally i decided to spend a bit of time and make a mod by myself.



==DESCRIPTION:

This mod replaces all the heads of Argonians and Khajiits (included your pg) in Oblivion.

Argonian heads are replaced with the models of orchish head and ears with new textures.
(Also i had to replace the female hair model 'Argonian Decorate Spikes' with 'Argonian Spikes' cause it was not compatible with the orc-head model).
Well now Argonians dont look more 'human' but they look more 'evil' :)

Khajiit heads are replaced with the model of human head with new texture, i kept the original khajiit-ears, added also new cat-eyes.
(Here I had to work a bit on the models using NifTools: the human-head model had 2 holes in place of human-ears because i kept the original khajiit-ears so i 'closed' this holes simply moving the position of 2 vertices.
Besides i had to work on almost all the Khajiit-models of hair, re-scaling them and adapting them on human-head.
Finally i replaced the female hair model 'khajiit Feathers' with 'Human Female Fringes'; well for me the feathers looked ridiculous so i decided to substitute them with a more 'sexy' style.)

Versions without tail of argonians and khajiits are also included.

There are different .esp-files so you can choose what u like to install.
For example: u can install only new heads for khaj, or only new heads for arg, or both of them; or new heads for khaj without tail, or new heads for arg without tail, or both of them and so on...

Included some OPTIONAL textures for body and face sharp skins of Argonians and Khajiits and some OPTIONAL recolored (violet-purple) body and face skins for orcs, but u can use them ONLY if u install 'Robert Male Body Replacer V4' and 'Robert Female Body Replacer V1.2' together with my mod.

===IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Note1:

As 'base' for my mod i used:
*Robert Male Body Replacer V4
*Robert Female Body Replacer V1.2
My mod is indipendent and doesnt need Robert's mods to be installed cause it only replaces the heads and doesnt touch the bodies.
I tested it without Robert's mods and it works, but i strongly recommend to use Robert's body replacers together with my mod.
If u use other body replacers (like Bab or Exnem) i think it would work too, but i never tested my mod with them, well u have just to try and test it :)
Just remember to LOAD THIS MOD 'AFTER' Robert's mods and any other body-raplacer via obmm.

-Note2:
All the new meshes and textures included in this mod have their own directories so when u install it, NOTHING will be overwritten.

-Note3:
I made this mod with the ITALIAN version of Oblivion + SI v1.2.0416 so i dont know if there are issues with versions of other languages. Well i think it would work fine, just try.

-Note4 (only for italian users):

===Installation:

If u want to install the new heads for Argonians:
Go in the directory 'ArgonianMike' and copy the directories 'meshes' and 'textures' in
...Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
Then choose the right .esp if u want either tailed or untailed versions:
If u want the tailed version copy 'New head for Argonians by Mike.esp' in
...Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
If u want the UNtailed version copy 'New head for Argonians by Mike no tail.esp'.

Same for Khajiits:
If u want to install the new heads for Khajiits:
Go in the directory 'KhajiitMike' and copy the directories 'meshes' and 'textures' in
...Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
Then choose the right .esp if u want either tailed or untailed versions:
If u want the tailed version copy 'New head for Khajiits by Mike.esp' in
...Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
If u want the UNtailed version copy 'New head for Khajiits by Mike no tail.esp'.

Remember to LOAD THIS MOD 'AFTER' Robert's mods and any other body-raplacer via obmm.

In the directory 'optional body skins' u will find some alternative body and facial skins.
You can use them ONLY if u install 'Robert Male Body Replacer V4' and 'Robert Female Body Replacer V1.2' together with my mod.
If u dont use Robert's mods u can simply ignore this directory, and u can ignore it also if u use Robert's mods bacause this skins are just optional, so do as u want.
I made this skins for male-muscolar-bodies with pants02 and Female-average-bodies with pants but u can use them with the other versions of robert's bodies included the nude ones.
Argonian, Khajiit and also Orchish skins are included.
About orcs: i disliked the original green-plastic-colored skin of orcs then i decided simply to recolor the textures in a violet-purple way, then i included the textures in this mod.
For example i'm using the orc-recolored skins and the Khajiit-sharped ones (they look more hairy than originals) but i'm not using the Argonian's cause i prefer the original ones.
If u want to install them simply copy the directory 'Characters' in
...Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Textures
The original Textures are stored in the directory 'Backup original Textures' so u can easily restore them if u want, just copy again the directory 'Characters' in
...Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Textures.
