Intro
------------------------------
Hi all.

This is a fixed and updated ESP file for nice and fun "Jail Shackles" mod by DuggeDank, which can be found here:

Always wanted to use it, but couldn't - due to bugs. After waiting some time for update i've decided to clean them myself :)

RELEASE THREAD: here

Requirements
-------------------------------
YOU WILL NEED HIS DATA FILES BEFORE USING THIS ESP!

List of changes
-------------------------------
1. Vanilla wrist irons are removed from player when starting a new game
2. Removed ugly green glow with shackles equipped (by clearing 'FX Persist' checkboxes at 'drain skill', 'drain fatigue' and 'silence' effects)
3. Slightly modified text of stages of starting "remove shackles" quest to be more informative.
4. Game no longer freezes up when caught with shackles upon 'go to jail' choice
5. INI TWEAK: Removed additional skill/attribute penalties
6. Shackles are now removed properly after serving jail time in this case.
7. Shackles are removed properly upon paying a fine - no more game freeze.
8. Disabled removal of shackles in SI - there shouldn't be any conflict of crime systems.
9. Activating Hestra Rune Stone (gives gauntlets and dagger) now removes shackles properly.
10. Using Bound Gauntlets scroll now removes shackles properly.
11. Increased Bound Gauntlets duration by a factor of 4x - 80 seconds from 20, to be consistent with LAME.
12. Fine for murder is increased to 4000 gold, and there's 1 day inside for each 10g of fine. So kicking someone's ass (40 gold) means now 4 days with sun begind the bars, and killing someone - more than a year. Much more realistic i think.
13. Security and Sneak penalties of ebony shackles increased to 50 (was 40 before).
[1.01 update]
14. Bugfix: you can now safely 'go to jail' and 'pay fine' in SI. Upon chosing either options shackles will be removed from player.
[1.02 update]
15. Added a variable DDASONGS in INI file, setting it to 0 will allow to start new game without shackles, should be good for alternative start mods.

Load order
-------------------------------
After any mods that change Hestra rune stone and/or Bound Gauntlets scroll. Basically, that means close to end of load order.

Bugs/Incompatibilities
-------------------------------
Basically, it is incompatible with any mod/script that uses "remove all stuff from player" action, as shackles should be removed in special way. Out of memory - there's some moment in "Blood and Mud" mod, another is in "Through the Nightmare" vanilla quest.

However, it is easily avoidable - just get rid of shackles. Why would anyone WANT to wear them anyway? :)

I dont use RGO though - there may be some conflicts between two mods.

Minor incompatibility with Elsweyr: Deserts of Anequina. When you have shackles on game freezes upon going to jail ("Cage") - and upon paying a fine. Was thinking to write a patch but decided against it - no use for more clutter in load order. Just get rid of shackles when you get out of prison.

Some incompatibility with Rune Stones! - as this both mods change Hestra Rune Stone script.
